Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods across national and international markets. This position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end shipping process—from order placement through final delivery—using various modes of transportation including land, sea, and air. The ideal candidate will manage logistics operations, communicate with vendors and carriers, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- In all actions support Aquestia USA’s quality policies, ethics, safety policies and core company values of Mastery, Advancement, Collaboration and Efficiency.
- Coordinate the entire shipping process, including scheduling, tracking, routing, paperwork and returns.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Accurately prepare invoices, quotes, and other shipping paperwork (national and international). Has full proficiency in all work.
- Ensure goods are packaged, labeled, and handled properly to prevent damage.
- Identify ways to reduce costs without compromising quality or delivery times.
- Evaluate carrier performance and negotiate rates and service agreements.
- Prepare and provide detailed reports to supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite and a variety of vendor software packages. Basic accounting skills required.
- Must exhibit ability to troubleshoot and correct problems using problem-solving skills.
- Must exhibit interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must have ability to handle stressful situations.
- Must have a demonstrated strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to view a computer screen and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and kneel.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and via electronic devices.
- Light lifting of office supplies or equipment (typically up to 10–20 pounds).
- Ability to tolerate noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment when on the manufacturing floor.
