Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager/East Coast oversees sales and distribution of products within a specific region meeting establishing goals and fostering strong customer relationships.
This position works remotely. Salary range $90,000-$110,000 (based on experience).

Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager/East Coast oversees sales and distribution of products within a specific region meeting establishing goals and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers to promote product awareness and drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customers’ needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against target.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotion strategies, marketing campaigns and collateral materials that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and sales team members regarding product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales management within the fluid control industry, particularly with hydraulic control valves and air release valves.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to travel extensively within the region and occasionally nationally or internationally.
- Proficiency in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook) necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel independently to customer locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection.
- May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds.
