Position Overview: The IT Manager provides technical support to company employees and is responsible for analyzing, designing, purchasing, installing, and maintaining all computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- In all actions support Aquestia’s quality policies, safety policies and core company values of Fairness, Honesty, and Integrity.
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
- Assist with system administration activities on all computer systems.
- Assist with performing preventative maintenance procedures; and performing system troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems.
- Analyze and implement improved and advanced technological solutions.
- Analyze system usage; and investigate opportunities for performance improvement.
- Investigate and thoroughly understand developments in systems administration and computer technology.
- Assists with building, installing, deploying, and upgrading system hardware and software components as required.
- Assists with training and problem-solving as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Must possess working knowledge of and direct experience with operating system configuration files and hardware/software interoperability issues.

- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection.
- May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds.
